Founder Dr. Chrissy Antonopoulos

Dr. Chrissy Antonopoulos is a psychologist and researcher, with an expertise in implicit (unconscious) bias, disability, employment, and mental health. Chrissy seamlessly blends evidence-based practice, research, and lived experience to all her work. Chrissy completed her PhD in psychology at Charles Sturt University. Her thesis investigated implicit bias, personal values, and employment of people with disability. Her research has collected the first Australian data on implicit bias towards people with disability. Chrissy’s research has been published and recognised internationally, winning the American Psychological Association 2024 Harold Yuker Award for Research Excellence.

Alongside consultancy and research, Chrissy works in private practice as a psychologist, as well as supervising and teaching psychology students at multiple universities. Chrissy has a focus on training and nurturing the next generation of psychologists and health professionals to be more inclusive, reflective, and confident practitioners, particularly when working with people with disability.
